Based on strategic plan for development of flexible manufacturing, our factory has actively developed series of single-section automated manufacturing equipment, including automated ultrasonic welding, screw assembly, automatic packaging, testing and surface coating and shrink film of packaging box, eliminating the reliance of key positions on production lines on skilled workers, and using these common processes to quickly elevate production efficiency and product quality.
The independently developed MES enables traceability of all process links, mutual coordination of IE and lean manufacturing solution, and then import of JIT feed mode, and thereby meets the demands for high-efficiency, high-quality and low-cost production.
